Review: I purchased a SONY playstation 3 controller for $5 less than retail price. I tried it out when I got home but quickly noticed the buttons felt awkward and did not respond the same as an original. Upon close examination I noticed this was almost a perfect replica of the original the only noticeable difference was the serial number sticker in the back which was a cheap photocopied sticker, upose to the original which is a metallic sticker with its unique number for every individual product made. After visiting countless blogs and fraudulent reports online I realized ive been scammed. I went back I spoke to the seller told him I wasnt happy with the controller, I told him I wanted my money back he ignored me and handed me a second controller which I examined and turned out the same, I gave the control back to him I told him I want an original or my money back, he said I have to speak to my boss.. I came back a day later he had a control for me in a plastic bag he gave it to me, yes it was a good one but all the lettering was starting to fade meaning its been used for a while, I said I didnt want it and told him I want a new one which is what I paid for, I left them with my telephone number and they still havent contacted me. These people are selling perfect looking fakes for the usd price they have a whole inventory of these in the store with the original photocopied box. Im sick of the runaround and would like my money to go buy a controller at a trusted reatailer.Desired Settlement: Investigate this product and take it off the shelf since they are ripping people off and not being sincere about it.I did ask the seller if this was original and he replied yes. Replacement products exist for one reason and its to be affordable but the customer should always know what their buying.

A refund of $45.00 dollars whats made to [redacted] as a settlement for the complaint, as he say this will be the solution to the issued case with ID #[redacted]. As a point we will refund the money but it dearly says on our receipts "Return with in 7 Days Of purchase Store credit Only.. No cash refund!!! WE are not responsible for any merchandise you leave getting fix if you don't pick it up before the 30 days"
