Review: I purchased two pair of rain boots with this company and when they arrive the shipping package was damaged. The boots (both) look used as if someone worn them and returned them. They were dirty and nasty. The product simply is of bad quality. I sent an email via AMAZON directly to marketplace seller and received response to send pictures of boots. I did, and was told to send them back at my expense and traceable. The dispute is the shipping amount is 18.22. This was not my fault and they should refund my money for the defective items and pay for the return shipping!Desired Settlement: Refund of purchase price and shipping

Review: I purchased an item from them that turned out to be defective. I submitted a request, through [redacted], for an RMA and never heard back from them. I attempted to contact them through their website but it is merely displays a maintenance message and a phone number. I attempted to call the number but it is no longer in service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to provide an RMA for the damaged product or send me a replacement product.
