I am rejecting this response because: if that window is done right the first time I don't need to go call him for anything. The warrenty is not over at time I contacted him even until now. I will post his work online let people looked at it if he has so much confindet he did a good job. Let me ask you this do u want your window looks like that?

[redacted] did purchase windows through our company March 2009. A few months ago he contacted me and stated that a piece of trim came loose from one of his back windows. A few days later I sent one of my service technicians to his home and reinstalled the piece. We found that insects had nested behind the trim and over the 5 year period the nest had grown large enough to push the trim loose. A week or so later he contacted me again stating he had an issue with another window. We made arrangements to meet at 8am a few days later (July 25th) to look at his concern and check the remainder of the windows. I arrived on time the day we agreed on. His wife answered the door and stated that he was sleeping and would be out in a few minutes. Meanwhile, I inspected the windows he called about from the inside and then inspected them from the outside. All of our work was correct. I did find that due to lack of maintenance the siding and trim above the window had discolored and the caulk had failed along the soffit. This caused a dark spot above my work between the window and the overhang of the house. [redacted] never did wake up for our meeting, I left after about 20 minutes. We spoke on the phone a few days later and I explained the siding and soffit maintenance needed and that it had nothing to do with the window installation. He insisted that I re- trim the window to cover the area and stated that if I didn’t, he would give us bad reviews online and told me to go ???? myself. Needless to say that ended the conversation.
 
[redacted] has lived up to his threat and now I have a bad review.  The fact that he is requesting a full refund for an entire house of windows because I wouldn’t do additional free work 5 years later seems a little extreme.
