I have reviewed the complaints filed by our customer and would like to offer my findings Atos Medical files claims to the customer’s insurance company as a courtesy, if this is what the customer requests Atos is a Non- contracted provider with most insurance companies therefore requiring we collect payments from the customer before the claims are filed Atos does advise the customer to allow 6-weeks for claims to process for reimbursement if one is due If a payment is made to Atos by the insurance company we would then put a request in to have a refund sent out to the customer All refunds due to the customer have cleared with the customer accept for that was recently sent Unfortunately there are some issues that may result in a delay in processing, so I will reach out to our customer to discuss their concerns and resolutions we can offer

We are aware that Atos...

successfully filed claim # 6218663504 on 11/02/16. Due to the way the claim was submitted the refund is being sent to Atos Medical and not us. Atos has not informed us of any of these details, we got our information through the insurance company (see attached). As of today we still do not know if or when we will receive our refund check, which is really the issue in this complaint.
