I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and feel it inaccurate but pointless to remain trying As you can see, responses from them are delayed immensely as you had already emailed me saying that you were closing this complaint due to non-response from the business I attempted several times to log into their chat service and I have waited on their chat to make appointments that no one on their end ever showed up for We have a sister property right now who is going through the same issue There is no harassment here, and I take great offense to that implication This has simply been a customer service issue If they would like to threaten to remove their equipment, they may refund us our $and then do so, or face litigation. I understand that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

The customer in question has had many efforts to resolve her issue – and unfortunately, it is NOT related to the Orion software, and we have been unable to make her understand that. We have offered her free services (which she accepted) and have been a go between for her with the company whose...
causing the issue, but she is still unhappy – mostly because it isn’t moving as fast as she would like. The other company has escalated it, and is (was) working on it. However, they are Naples based, and we believe that will result in even more delay. Unfortunately, she complains that we have changed our support (we have) and she can no longer call up and be assisted immediately. Unfortunately, that model is not how we do it now, our chat line is. She has used it – but misses appointments, then demands a call. Our company has offered her a full modification, additional free software and free services, even though it is not our problem. Nothing seems to satisfy her. We are continuing to assist, but will likely, remove our software is her harassment of our support staff continues.
