Paid for 2 lifetime membership and company didn't deliver product
I paid a total of $119 for two memberships which would give me 1 piece of luggage every 6 months. Tried to call the company and number didn't go through. Their website is down, and unable to access my account.
Refund for my membership or 2 more pieces of luggage
Failed to deliver merchandise that was promised. Paid 48.94 each for myself and my wife to have luggage
In July 2016 myself and my wife paid 48.94 each for luggage. The luggage was to have a sleeve that allowed travel with no luggage fees. The luggage sleeves were to have sponsors and the advertising was to offset the luggage fees. . I Have sent numerous emails that last being May of 2018. Gary G promised the sleeves in May of 2017. I want a full refund of 97.88
