in response to your letter just received, please see letter sent “Certified" on February 3, regarding the complaint by Selena LlevanosI am also sending you a copy of the settlement that occurred yesterday 2/23/Selena returned the tires and received the $balance per the previous agreementThe tires showed ware; however, at this point there was no use debating the issue with her- -As far as we are concerned, this issue is settled and there is no further recourse for this clientThank you for updating your files,Attention: [redacted] in response to your letter dated January 25, 2016, we submit the followingOn Tuesday, January 12, 2016, we sold four(4) tires [redacted] for $She returned a week later, on Tuesday, January 19, saying that the tires were no goodWe gave her the option to refund her the money or give her different tires when she returns the ones she said were badOn January 26, 2019, because she had not yet returned the tires, we advised her we would refund half of the money arid she was agreeable, but wanted $in advance and when she would return the tires, we were going to refund $moreHowever, she did not return to our shopShe signed a receipt with this agreementWe are more than willing to refund her monies, but we would like to have the tires back that we can return them to the dealer who sold us the defective tires, I don't belleve that she should keep the tires and expect to have the monies refundedAt this point, she has been driving around putting usage on the fires which concerns me that the tire dealer will not accept an exchange.It is in our best interest to settle this as soon as possible with both of us being in agreement with the settlement, whatever it might beThank you for your consideration and look forward to your response- [redacted] *Sincerely yours, [redacted] ***
