Not really happy with 100% satisfaction guaranteed as I had Orkin for about a year, I believe a bit long, and I have not been roach free not once and I was lead to believe the money back guarantee was for the whole time but only for the last visit. Definitely not satisfied especially when they started coming back into most parts of the house.

Not a 100% satisfaction guarantee at all because I don't feel satisfied with wasting a year of waiting for roaches to be gone out of my house.
