A week after getting my car, a 2014 23,000 miles on it, I noticed the tire was losing air and breaks were really bad. I took the car in and they just drove the car and put air in the tires. They said everything was fine. Again about two weeks later the tire loses air and the breaks sound and feel horrible, took the car in again. Service dept stated again breaks are fine and they put air in the same tire, again. Third time, same issue, this time I got the director John involved because I was surrounded last time, by 4 sales rep, 1 being the sales manager stating to me, that breaks have to be done and I have to pay, the director John promised me that everything would be taken care of and that I shouldn't have been bullied. On that third time, they took the tire off, promised me it was nothing with the tire losing air, so they put air. And the breaks that we're promised to me would be done for free because they sold me a car with issues that should have been fixed before selling, well they didn't fix the breaks. Forth visit, to try again after I reached out to the director John again and the service manager Ralp telling me to bring the car in, again, NOW!!! they say the breaks needs to be done and the issue with the tire, it has a hole they need to patch and the catch is, I have to pay for it all. Breaks that we're bad from the start and they put bad tires on my jeep. All these issues since I bought the car, broken promises and being bullied by the sales dept. They take your business and money just to sell you a car for 17,000 and once your out the door, they don't care, they should have these things fixed before selling the car!!!

MY CAR HAS BEEN TO YOUR SHOP FIVE TIMES IN LESS THAN A TWO WEEK PERIOD AND HAS BEEN MISDIAGNOSED EVERY TIME NOE YOU SAY I NEED A NEW ENGINE I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL MY WARRANTY COMPANY WILL NOT PAY BECAUSE OF ALL THE MIS DIAGNOSES
