On December 4th, Mike Norris was given a check #*** for $from my Company, Real Estate Options and SolutionsThis check was for handyman work to be completed at address: *** so that we may list the property for saleHe promised to have the work done within one dayOn December 21st, 2017, a full days after receiving the deposit to do the work I asked for completion of the work and he says he is not going to do the job and he will not refund the money because we did not have a written contract for him to do the jobhe further states to not contact him again or he will call his lawyerAfter checking into his background I discovered that he has served time in jail for the felony of statements and writings and concealment of facts, receiving stolen goods and forgeriesMike Norris is continuing
