They are thieves! Do not use this company and if you do, pay them in cash not cash app. I paid through cash app and they claim their account got hacked, so I did the research through my bank and the money according to both my bank and cash app WAS deposited into their account. I sent paperwork from my bank showing which institution was deposited into and they claim they have a different bank. Christian gave his word that he would return some of that money back since I ended up spending 900 for 450 move, but now he doesn't respond to my calls or messages. They are liars and don't keep their word, and if a man can't keep his word, he is nothing! They are thiefs! Tread carefully when dealing with these people!
Worst mover ever...charged more than the contract. Never showed up as promised.

Did not supply enough boxes, tape, or anything else. Had to pack everything except furniture myself. Ran into my gate with the truck. Did not cover or wrap furniture (as per contract) which means almost all the furniture is scratched or dented or cracked. No boxes were provided for glass(that is now broken). Left behind things. was supposed to load trucks in the morning did not show up till 8 pm at night. OLED 65 inch and 6 months old TV.
Crossed state lines without a license and pulled over by state troopers, he then called me and asked me to lie to the troopers and say that he was not a business. Took no care with things at all!
Refund This has caused a great deal of stress above and beyond the stress caused by other factors in my life. I believe he should be required to replace damaged goods at his expense, as well as reimbursement for the stress he has caused me with all the lies that he told me just to get me off his back. The fact that he lied to Texas State Trooper because he did not have a licence to move across state lines is enough to show that this is not a legitimate company. I have several witnesses to all of it.
