Orlando Motors

Review: We purchased a used vehicle from Orlando Motors on [redacted] on [redacted]. The car was involved in an accident on [redacted] and was a total loss. Insurance cannot complete the claim until they receive the title for said vehicle. I called Orlando Motor and spoke to [redacted] (sales rep) on [redacted] as inquired where they were on the title process. I was informed he was "expediting the paper work" and we would have it "soon" I called again [redacted]. After I spoke to him a second time I called the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles to see if anything had been filed for our vehicle. It had not. I was then informed that the dealership, by law, was required to file within 20 business days of the sale. The 20 day mark would have been [redacted]. Now I am informed the title (from previous owner since TxDMV has not issued a new title) would be available to me on Tuesday, [redacted]. In the mean time my son has been without a vehicle and without insurance settlement since [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the title, and compensation for car rental from [redacted] until the title is received in our name.
