It is with pleasure that I write this reference on behalf ***, *** and *** *** who are partners in the ownership of Orlando Team ManagementWe got to know the *** family when they bought over the company by which time we had bought our house in Davenport, FloridaThe responsibilities that they undertake include:
Overseeing the cleaning of the pool and pool deck
Overseeing the mowing of our lawns and weeding the garden etc
Arranging for pest control to be undertaken by a certified company
Overseeing the Cleaning of the house and washing and ironing of bed linen etc before and after guests rent our property
Arranging for the payment of utility bills on behalf of the owners
Dealing with tour operators, agents and also members of the public in managing and organising bookings for our house throughout the year
Whenever necessary, attending the house to carry out maintenance as required by renters
Arrange for the necessary licences to allow the house to be rented out as a self catering facility
These responsibilities are but a few of the many duties OTM undertake on behalf of my Wife and myself

To whom it may concern,
I have been a Florida villa property owner since 2007 and in that time I have used 4no Property Management Companies. The quality of these companies has varied from really poor service through to exceptional service. The latter has been provided by Orlando Team Management through [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. I originally chose OTM when my existing management company informed me that they were closing their business. Due to limited time left to arrange a change of management and having an exceptionally busy booking calendar, I choose from a limited pool of management companies. This turned extremely sour to the point I was going to have to change the management company. It was then I was informed that OTM had been sold to the [redacted] Family.
I obviously thought it prudent to give the guys a chance and I can only say it was the best decision I have made since I bought the property. OTM are on hand to assist with any queries from holiday guests and react in a professional manner to any requests I have made such as arranging building / decoration works through to sorting out issues with the property irrigation system.
Summary; I can only say positive things about OTM and the exceptional service they provide. It’s great to be able to trust someone 100% when they are based over 4000 miles away looking after your investment. Good company and good people.
