Orlando Water Inc

It was a positive experience and very pleasant. I was very satisfive with the whole process.

Kinetico as a company has a decent product. Their dealers which are obviously franchised leave a lot to be desired. Orlando Water Inc., has the worst customer service. My system is still under warranty and I'm unable to get reliable service. They have cancelled and rescheduled an appointment (this time - not the only time it's happened) causing me to take time off from work. They do want to upgrade my system for $1000+ or replace it $3500. Very unhappy and the Kinetico Company seems to be disinterested in what their centers are doing!

I had an appointment with Orlando water , they said they would be here between 1 and 4 on Friday . Here it is Monday no show , no call I'm wondering what Friday they meant. I had to by pass my filter so everything in my house is rusty is the tech going to clean it for me. I had to take my clothes to the laundry Matt ,will they deduct that from my bill? If you have a late payment they are blowing up your phone , this is a crappy company. Why have a phone , you guys never answer it.
