I am responding to a complaint that was received from ID# *** this customer volunteered to give the car back “as was stated in there complaint as well” then comes up to the shops location unruly and disrespectful while other customers are here trying to get services and we do not

was the same day we told Ms*** that it was her Engine Cradle, which we told her to that the Engine Cradle was rusted out and the cradle was not repairableI informed Ms*** that we have a *** *** that was available but prior to the sale, repairs needed to be done because this vehicle was purchased at the AuctionAfter making the necessary repairs to the *** *** Ms*** was not satisfied with the vehicle’s conditionsTherefore, I offered her a *** *** as a loaner vehicle with the option to purchaseMs*** drove the vehicle for a week which after I purchase another vehicle at the Auction it was *** *** at my cost to offer herAfter driving the *** *** for days Ms*** was not happy with that vehicle’s purchaseI tried all attempts with no avail to please Ms***As a final recourse, I offered Ms*** a *** which she also wasn’t happy with that vehicleAs a result, Ms*** had four vehicles to choose from May to August I felt that I have tried all revenues to get Ms*** into a great running vehicle which was feasible for her and her familyAs a company policy all customers test drives all vehicle prior to purchase, but once purchased our policy states” AS IS” conditionsI felt that Orlando Auto has provided Ms*** with well above and beyond our company policy.To address the issue in regards to not returning her phone calls, Ms*** was in the shop practically every-day defaming my business to all of the customers that were present in the waiting area and customers that were waiting for their vehicles outsideI’ve answered all her questions and concerns systematically while she was there and over the phoneMoreover, Ms*** claims that I put my hands in her face, this incident did not happenOrlando Auto is a place of business and all my employees and myself conduct ourselves in that mannerFinally, to address a $refund Ms*** drove four of my vehicles with only $down-payment which is from her old vehicle and $payment on July 15,The total amount is $which well covers all the vehicles Orlando supplied Ms*** for the duration of three monthsPlease if you have any further questions please call the above number.Sincerely,Orlando Auto

This by any means did not solve my problem first off what he said was a lieThere was no customers present when that occurredAlso the person who wrote back is not the ownerI have no heard anything else from the company since my car was taken away fromI would like to have a written statement from the owner as to why my car was taken away from meI never spoken to the owner at all about the situation and when I came in to make deals about getting my car back I was told three days before the day I was suppose to receive my car that it was up for re-sell not by the owner but by the manager of paymentsWhen I spoke to the owner he spoke nothing of thisI just think it's very unprofessional that the owner has not reached out to me and he was the one that sold the car to me This issue could have been avoided had they told me from the beginning that they were going to re-sell the car when I told them to pick it up when I said I did not want the car anymore instead of telling me they were going to fix the car fro FREE! Then charge me dollars and end up keeping the carAlso the tittle had been missing for months and when I purchased the car it was not in his name to sell in the first place so the car should have never been on the lot to be sold anywaySo i'm confused as to why I cannot get my down payment on the car

In response to the additional information that was sent outta as here at Orland ‘s Auto, in regarding to the complaint from ID# ***We gave the complainant, all documents that were required for the actual sale and it is stated that the vehicle is “SOLD AS IS” we are not responsible for any repairs that's needed for the vehicle after the vehicle is perchesYet and still we here at Orlando‘s Auto were willing to help ID# *** with repairs to cut the cost to help make it a?ordable for the customer budgetEnclosing ID#*** was behind ?ve payments $every two weeks which put the customer behind $in car paymentsIn which give us the right to repossess the vehicle because the customer did not honor the sign agreement.Sincerely, *** *** Assistant Manger @ Orlando’s Auto SalesSignature
