In response to the additional information that was sent outta as here at Orland ‘s Auto, in regarding to the complaint from ID. # [redacted]. We gave the complainant, all documents that were required for the actual sale and it is stated that the vehicle is “SOLD AS IS” we are not responsible for any repairs that's needed for the vehicle after the vehicle is perches. Yet and still we here at Orlando‘s Auto were willing to help ID. # [redacted] with repairs to cut the cost to help make it a?ordable for the customer budget. Enclosing ID. #[redacted] was behind ?ve payments $150 every two weeks which put the customer behind $700.00 in car payments. At this current point in time you have done all that you can from time this on I will be looking to go into legal matters with this. So I no longer need your assistance with this issue. There is one thing I want though is for people to never come to this business and get scammed like how I did. So I would like for this compliant to be known and I would like people to know how these people do business thank you very much
