Review: I purchased a TACKSEW BLST-S blind hem sewing machine for $ 399.00 from Orlando Sew and Vac in [redacted] on November of 2011. I mailed it to my sister in [redacted] as xmas present . On Xmas morning when she opened the box and we found that the machine diffective. In January after the holidays I spoke to Orlando concerning the deffectiveness of the machine, he told me to mail back to him which I did. He told me that he was going to send machine back to the manufacture and replace it. Because the machine was still under warrantee. The machine he sent back to my sister in [redacted] was not a new replacement instead he sent a used one. It took several months for my sister to recieve the machine. When I arrived to my sister from the states. I asked my sister to show me the machine. She left box unopened she waited for me to check the machine out. To my surprise it wasn't the machine I purchased. The machine Orlando sent was an old used machine, it has a broken belt and it won't sew it appears that motor is locked.

I tried to getting in touch with Orlando and of course he is unavailable. I want to know my rights are since this has been an on going problem since day one.Desired Settlement: Replacement or my money back
