Orlando's Super Center Auto Body Repair

After harassing phone calls and e-mail to my wife threatening to sue her about my last review I am writing a revised review. My wife got rear ended and the guys insurance company sent her here to fix the bumper. While at the shop something happened to the brake lines and they were damaged to the point where the car was unable to be stopped safely. This was actually supposedly documented but for some reason the people there failed to mention this very important piece of information to the insurance adjuster or my wife!! So they sent her home in rush hour traffic in downtown Orlando with no brakes!! And they have a problem with the honest bad review I gave them??? Really? You knowingly let my wife leave your shop with busted brakes putting her life in danger and also those around her on her way home. This is just absolutely absurd. Oh and they didn't even do a good job repairing the bumper it still has bulge in it and doesn't even line up right. Terrible everything. Everything negative is my personal opinion based on factual evidence, which speaks for itself.

They have had my car for over 2 weeks. They called twice saying my car was done and I went to pick up my car the paint job looked horrible the first time. The second time I went back I drove my car and the alignment was supposedly fixed after the accident and the alignment was worse than right after the accident. I only went there because that is where my insurance company sent my car. It's been a week since I refused my car the worse alignment and I still don't have my car back. I do not recommend this place.
