After checking our records, We would like to inform you that the Mr*** enrolled in the services for $not $Attached please find the transaction receipt and feedbacks from the customers for the same Originally the computer was running slow and and Mr*** was facing
problems with receving emailsHis email issues were resolved, In order to fix the slow machine, we had to defragment the hard drive and RAM. There were lot of start up programs which were consuimg the cache memory of the computer, these programs/applications consumes lot of IOs resources, making computer slowWe managed all of those startups to fine tune the performance of the machine.Also there were to many processes running in kernel and back ground of machines which were effecting the computer's speedWe managed the settings of such application so that the processing power is saved for other important applications. We also worked on broken and conflicting permissions which were causing processing delayWe created the checkpoints so that in case of system faliure, the machine can be recovered.Kindly be advised that adding external RAM and Hard-drive can really help if customer have to improve the processing power of machine to the next level. Sir/Madam,Thank you for the complaint notification. With regards to this we tried reaching Miss [redacted] via phone however we were not able to reach and left her voicemail.  The customer had contacted us on 02/18/2015 with regards to a technical error. The technician was able to help her with...

the same and resolved the problem and provided our customer support number to the customer. We love helping our customers. We performed a thorough search but  could not locate any records if customer called us the next time for the technical problem she faced.  Customer Service is our top priority. We respected her decision of cancelling the contract  and processed her refund on 02/12/2014 as per our policies. The refund should be credited to her account with in 24 to 48hours. An email regarding the same along with refund receipt has been also sent to the customer at [redacted]@[redacted].com.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused tothe customer.Thanks,Customer Service,Orlate Inc

After checking our records throughly, we could not located Miss [redacted] in our database. We tried reaching Miss [redacted] several times but unfortunately could not reach her. It seems that Miss [redacted] is not our customer. Just in case if she has enrolled in our services. We would request Miss [redacted] to...

Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for the complaint notification.We provide technical assistance for Hardware and Software related issues for wide range of electronic devices. Customer service is our top priority. With regards to this case, we have included the customer's name in DNC (Do not Call)...

 list. We have also requested to remove the case from pre collection as customer courtesy. Since the customer has already raised the dispute with Paypal, we are not able to refund the transaction amount, ( Funds are on hold from Paypal ) . We have already submitted the necessary documents to the Paypal. As per our policies and customer courtesy, as soon as the hold is taken off from Paypal , we would refund the customer. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused to them.We thank the Revdex.com for keeping us informed on real customer issues.

A complete diagnose, repair and optimization was performed on her machine.  As fas as pricing is concerned Miss [redacted] signed up for 1 extra year of services at a discounted price on Jan 27, 2017. We have a 30 days refund policy, However customer service is our top priority and as per our discussion with Miss [redacted] and approval with our Billing Dept, we have processed a partial refund of $250  as a customer courtesy.
