Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for the complaint notification.We provide technical assistance for Hardware and Software related issues for wide range of electronic devicesCustomer service is our top priorityWith regards to this case, we have included the customer's name in DNC (Do not Call) listWe have also requested to remove the case from pre collection as customer courtesySince the customer has already raised the dispute with Paypal, we are not able to refund the transaction amount, ( Funds are on hold from Paypal ) We have already submitted the necessary documents to the PaypalAs per our policies and customer courtesy, as soon as the hold is taken off from Paypal , we would refund the customerWe are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused to them.We thank the Revdex.com for keeping us informed on real customer issues

Sir/Madam,Thank you for the complaint notificationWith regards to this we tried reaching Miss [redacted] via phone however we were not able to reach and left her voicemail The customer had contacted us on 02/18/with regards to a technical errorThe technician was able to help her with the same and resolved the problem and provided our customer support number to the customerWe love helping our customersWe performed a thorough search but could not locate any records if customer called us the next time for the technical problem she faced Customer Service is our top priorityWe respected her decision of cancelling the contract and processed her refund on 02/12/as per our policiesThe refund should be credited to her account with in to 48hoursAn email regarding the same along with refund receipt has been also sent to the customer at ***@ [redacted] .com.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused tothe customer.Thanks,Customer Service,Orlate Inc

Thank you for notifying us about the customer's concernWe provide independent services for DataBack, Recovery and Computer RepairAs per our records, Miss [redacted] availed our services on Jan 27, February 8, Feb and April in year On January all concerns were resolved to her satisfaction as per the feedback provided on docusign by the customerA complete diagnose, repair and optimization was performed on her machine As fas as pricing is concerned Miss [redacted] signed up for extra year of services at a discounted price on Jan 27, We have a days refund policy, However customer service is our top priority and as per our discussion with Miss [redacted] and approval with our Billing Dept, we have processed a partial refund of $ as a customer courtesyUSPS Tracking number of her refund is [redacted] which is expected to arrive on April 25, 2017.Regards, Response Team
