In researching this case it seems there were some technical issues on our side in trying to process a [redacted] refund through our systemsThat is why they needed to escalate the problem.I apologize that no one has gotten back to you in a timely mannerYou are certainly correct and this should have been addressed long before now.Our Finance department manually processed the refund via [redacted] today (1116)The customer should see that refund in her account within the next day or two.We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused

We have reviewed this complaint and agree with the customer that she is entitled to a full refund and should NOT be charged for return shipping.We will be issuing a return label and will refund her in full once the items are returned back to usWe are very sorry for the inconvenience

Our Customer Service manager, Renald Lcalled the customer on 10/** and left a voicemail and apology for shipping incorrect items and for the poor experience she had getting in touch with usHe also stated that the correct items she wanted are Out of Stock and will not be available again this
Halloween season.We have processed a FULL refund and sent the customer a return label electronically via email to return the items she received in error with no additional shipping charges to her.We hope she finds this resolution satisfactory and are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused

We are very sorry we were unable to fulfill our customers orderUnfortunately since we did not collect any money from her, we cannot issue a refund.However, she can request a full refund through Living Social and they will refund her in fullOnce again we are very sorry for any inconvenience

It is ridiculous to have to wait to get a replacement in time for minor alterations for parties. I waited almost a month since I placed my order and still didn't get what I ordered. Then, I get no responses from customer service until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. Then, I was told item is no longer available (but was available when I ordered it). Unacceptable. I had to take the costume to a tailor to make it fit a 7-yr old boy. It had to be taken in and shortened. It was a major alteration job in a rush. He had a party to attend that weekend. He needed the costume. It was too late to order elsewhere. For all the aggravation and mishandling, all I get is We're sorry but the item is not available. We issued a refund. No matter what the final decision will be, I want people to know this company is not dependable with their orders. Their customer service is almost nonexistent.
