Contacted this company for a second opinion for the main lineAsked to have someone experienced sent out, but was not the caseTechnician lacked communication skillsImmediately started moving my property around without asking, yet the other company didn't need to do thatLater I had trouble finding my things, such as, cat food that had been moved and on top of it tools and a blanket covered the bagWhen I asked, he informed me that things were going fine with the first feetI told him I heard banging in the kitchen that hadn't been the case with the first company, he said OK and immediately started pulling the auger back outI asked about the sewage splattering and he said it would be fine cause he had a splatter guard and would clean up when done, but he never put the splatter guard on throughout the entire process and splattered sewage all over my propertyHe didn't properly clean up, just us
