On Jan 2016, we received your Jan letter. This was the first notice we received from Revdex.com of this complaintIn this firms years this is the only complaint we or I have received from Revdex.com I left a telephone message for your complainant on December asking him to call
me so we could settle this and have received no return callI left a message for him again today, with no return call The contract signed by your complainant and I states: “This in an hourly, not a fixed price contract…A fixed price contract is hereby declined by Client”, establishes late payment fees, and requires him to pay our attorney fees and other costs of collection Much of our time was taken by trying to comply with his requests for personal preference changes to our plans and specifications If he will return my call and meet with me I believe we can restore the amicability we had and settle this case. Otherwise we will have to file suit against him for the full amount owed plus our legal fees and damages to our firm and its reputation caused by his statements to you and possibly others We regret that this has taken time away from the fine and important work of the Revdex.com Perhaps you need only suggest he return my call and meet with me With best regards, *** ***, P.E

I am rejecting this response because:  Mr Coleman continues to press for he and I to talk face to face -- when at this point, keeping things in writing will avoid all the ambiguity and misunderstanding that created this very issue.  Mr Coleman was very quick to put things in writing when we first met, in the form of his customer contract.  Now, when the customer asks the same, he avoids written comment for months until the Revdex.com was asked to help.   In addition, his response did not address my complaints, then threatened lawsuit adding that I would pay all legal costs.  Accruing legal fees for a matter as relatively small as this, strikes me as not reasonable nor rational.   When facing customer complaints, the first response is to threaten lawsuit?  That also seems not very businesslike to me.  I request Revdex.com assist in finding a suitable solution to this issue.   As a reminder, I am amenable to compromise as noted in my first note to Revdex.com.   Thanks so much for your help and dedication.
