Review: This is the second time I am reporting Orleans Super Home Center. The first, time I contact Capital One Bank to avoid additional payments because I feel this company is taking advantage of consumers. After acquiring an attorney name Mr. Steven H[redacted], contact number ###-###-####. This company submitted the contract to Mr. H[redacted] and I reviewed the document. I discover the representative of the business attempted to sign the contract. Also, I attempted to contact Crest Financial, LLC and Orleans Super Home Store to retrieve the living room set to resolve the agreement. However, I was unable to reach those parties. I am reporting the signature is fraudulent for a lessee/owner agreement. Also, I contacted Jefferson Parish Sheriff Department to report the fraudulent documents. I spoke Deputy Howard, Badge D-12371-16, on April 14, 2016, approximately 3:20 P.M., informed me this was a civil matter. Also, I sent certified documents to Orleans Furniture Super Home.Desired Settlement: Refund and no further contact with these companies.
