I am not sure I understand the complaintyou are stating that the case was not sealed, do you mean the Sony box? Hello, [redacted] placed an order with Focus Camera on we were contacted by [redacted] stating that she did not need this item and meant to order something for a tabletThat day she was provided return instructionsThe item was not returned within the days required to return, in fact the item was not returned at all On Monday she told us that the order was fraudulentIf the order is fraudulent they why wasn't this told to us on Why would you not have the manufacture packaging? Did you plan on keeping it? Here is our return policy listed on our website [redacted] If you are returning a product for reasons of Buyer’s Remorse, then the product(s) must be in brand new, mint condition.We have been told different stories from [redacted] r so that she can get a return from usShe has accused us of hanging up on here which in not the caseShe did not want to accept the fact that we will not accept this return from her at this timeThe only reason Focus Camera has any of her information is because she placed the orderFocus Camera will not accept this return.This matter is closedThank you,Focus Camera

It is that it should never have needed to be returned in the first place, as more than reasonable efforts were made (and required) to try to cancel the order, in a more than timely manner beforehand Moreover, it is so virtually impossible to contact a live person, as it is impossible to receive a phone-call back from a live person (two messages left, one with a Sales Manager because I couldn't get through to Customer Service, and then one with a Customer Service Supervisor, both requesting call-backs which were roundly ignored), that, at least from my experience, it effectively makes any attempts at cancellation of an order ones entirely in futility.What the business should do is 1) provide a return shipping label, rightfullly covering the return-shipping, given the utterly ineffective "customer service," as well as 2) provide a full refund of the original sale amount In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
