I ordered the 3 set over a month ago and still haven't received my order Joanne Capolino

Review: I placed an order on April 29, 2016; my credit card was charged $92.45 that day. I still have not received my order. I made an inquiry by e-mail on May 24, 2016 and was told the item was out of stock, the delivery truck was expected on May 31, 2016 and I should expect delivery by the end of the following week (June 4, 2016). I did not receive my order. I sent another e-mail on June 9, 2016; received no reply. I e-mailed again on June 13, 2016; again no reply. I tried called the number on their web site ([redacted]) but the phone rings several times and then disconnects.
I sent another e-mail on June 15, 2016 to inquire if the items had been shipped, and requested cancellation of the order and a refund to my credit card if they had not. I have not received any response.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of order; refund $92.45 to my credit card

This is Jeanne Barnett – owner of Orna Mentz and USMarket.Gallery. There are no words to express how sorry I am that your orders and refunds went completely awry. The fact is that my business has been struggling in and out of bankruptcy ever since the crash of the economy. Somehow we have not gone completely out of business, and with the help of some very great people, we are actually becoming solvent once again.

Having said all of that, I am in the process of issuing refunds to all of you who were left in the lurch on your transaction with my company. I may have already refunded you, but I wanted to post this message here just in case you did not receive your refund, please contact me on the OrnaMentz.com website and I will be happy to arrange for it. Along the way we had to change our merchant processing platform so the older refunds may not be in the new system. If that is your case, I can send the funds directly to your paypal account if you have one, of if you don't have a paypal account, I can send you a check.

It has been a rough bunch of years for small businesses, in fact most of the vendors I used to trade with are no longer there. I've been in business for 25 years and up until the crash, there was never an order unfilled or not refunded. I never wanted to operate this way, and again I apologize, but it all just spun out of control. Nevertheless, it was very bad business practice to say the least, but looking forward to the future, I am confident we will be able to fulfill any and all orders to our customer's complete satisfaction.

Review: I ordered three nesting hat boxes on May 31, 2015. I have not yet received my order. I called about 10 after order but only received voice mail message. I requested a call, but got no response. I also sent an email on June 7, 2015 to inquire about delivery, but did not get a response. I called a couple of days later and was told by woman who answered phone that my order would go out on Wednesday, June 17 and I would receive by Friday, June 19. I have not received anything and no one is returning my phone calls. I have not received a tracking number. Nothing.

Review: December 25 I ordered two bottles of ASAP dit drops. The company contacted me January 6 to confirm my online purchase. They guaranteed my package would be delivered within three days. I never received my package. I have constantly asked for the tracking information. [redacted] was never available to verify the tracking number. She expressed an overwhelming amount of the asap drops being processed through the distributior. I called the distributor about my package. They stated no package was sent out to me.they also notified me of having more than enough asap diet drops available. This company sells the youngevity product line.Desired Settlement: I would like $186.60 credited back in my bank account.

I was in contact with Jeanne Barnett, owner of Orna Mentz, multiple times over email because I had not received the items. She has continually given me excuses about why the hat boxes could not be shipped, saying amongst other things that she was having money problems and that she could not order them for me because the manufacturer had stopped doing business with her. I asked for resolution or a refund multiple times, and tried to work with her and give her more time. She now is not responding to my communication attempts and has made no efforts to refund me the money that I have paid her.

I still see she is doing business over the internet, including selling the hat boxes. I find this very irresponsible and am afraid she is swindling other buyers as well. This is the reason I am contacting you.

[redacted] cannot help me with a refund because unfortunately I let too much time slip when I was going along with 'trying to work out shipment and be patient' with Orna Mentz. I would still like a refund if possible (see below under Desired Outcome).

Please note that I have complained to the business and asked about order status more times than the 3 dates your form allows me to fill in.Desired Settlement: [redacted] cannot help me with a refund because unfortunately too much time went by when I was going along with 'trying to work out shipment and be patient' with Orna Mentz. Now that so much time has passed with no resolution, I am not sure Orna Mentz ever intended to send me the items. I would like a refund and also I would like Orna Mentz notified that the government is aware of their fraudulent business practices. If possible, action should be taken against this company because they are not honoring their sales contracts.
