a appoinment to repair the loveseat. *** forgot his appointment. *** tried to apologize to the customer, and make a new appointment at his earliest convience. Mr*** hung up on ***, so we didn't know what he wanted us to do. Our standard policy is to repair what is not working on the product. Do I need to contact the customer about repair? Since Orsag's made one appointment with me for the repair and admittedly forgot to show up, I will await their call as to when they intend to come out for the repair. They can give me a call to let me know what would be a good time for them. I'm retired and can be here as any time as I was that scheduled day. Thank you.
