not have the authority to reissue a company checkI explained to *** had she asked to speak with the appropriate person, such as a manager, the check would have been immediately reissued and there would have been no frustration on her partI apologized *** felt she'd gotten the run-around; *** said she understood, and that she will return the check dated May 10, 2016, to my attention, and upon receipt I will reissue her a new check for the $

[redacted] called at the end of August, during our busiest of times, he claims 8/25, which was a Friday, when his extended warranty ended on Monday 8/28/17. We explained to him that were scheduled out for several weeks & could not look at or quote him on the repair. [redacted] then...

contacted [redacted] Collision after the warranty expiration date, who quoted a very high amount to do the work. [redacted] Collision called us to ask our assistance with attempting to get funding from the extended warranty company, to which they declined coverage due to policy expiration. All of this has nothing to do with White Horse Leisure, Inc.We were not the company to quote the job, nor submit for approval for the repair prior to the policies expiration date.That said, we contacted [redacted] today and agreed, as a goodwill gesture to make the necessary repair at no cost to him. He then brought the trailer in & upon our inspection, it appears that [redacted] hit something, thereby causing the damage. This type of repair would not have been covered by extended warranty had the claim been submitted withing the contract terms, but would have fallen to his trailer insurance carrier.
