In regards to complaint #***, the issue has been resolved as of 12/12/17.We did have all items ready for shipment besides a product that has been back-ordered; the conclusion was to ship out the items that were ready and we will update him in regards to the back-ordered productAfter the
complaint, we decided that it was best to refund him for the back-ordered item (Classic Black Denim), for a total of $ORO does strive to have efficient and seamless delivery, we will always notify the customer if an item is back-orderedThe case has been handled professionally; In regards to the resolution of the complaint, ORO made sure that the customer has been fully refunded for the third item ($114.75).Please feel free to contact me if you need anything elseBest Regards,
