These employees stayed in my personal space while another employee took my credit card in the back of the storeThey wouldn't get out of the way so I could take my card back, when I said I changed my mind I didn't want to make the purchaseI finally had to get past him and take my card The employee was saying "no you can't leave you have to buy this"I finally got out of there almost minutes later, just short of calling the police

These employees stayed in my personal space while another employee took my credit card in the back of the store. They wouldn't get out of the way so I could take my card back, when I said I changed my mind I didn't want to make the purchase. I finally had to get past him and take my card. The employee was saying "no you can't leave you have to buy this". I finally got out of there almost 30 minutes later, just short of calling the police.

Review: will not refund my money the same day I bought it they told me to come back the next day and then they told me no refunds

they handed me a little packet sample I told them I did not want it. then they had me go into there store and sit down they would not take no for an answer changing the deal and products they were selling I said I would take the small bottle and they kept adding things to my bag I told them I did not want the products and I wanted a refund and they told me they could not processes it on the same day of the sale. I went back the next day due to my face breaking out in hives and they still would not do the refund. this company is a scam and selling product that is way over priced and they talk with fake accents so u don't understand what they are selling.Desired Settlement: I want my money back I cant use the product.

We do have a no-refund policy at all OROGOLD store location with exchanges onlywithin 30 days. This policy is clearly stated on both the receipt and register.Our policy is such due to the fact that our skin care products are demonstratedfor the customer prior to purchase and once opened; the products cannot bere-sold. In effort to maintain the highest standard of customer service we havereached out to [redacted] on several occasions to attempt to resolve this case to her satisfaction. On May [redacted], we had responded to her original Revdex.com letting them knowthat the customer was not responding to us therefore, considered the caseclosed. This morning, 7/*/2015 we had reached out to her again and were toldshe would be giving us a call back shortly but did not hear back. Several hourslater we attempted to call her once again but she did not answer. We are happy to attempt to resolve the issue directly with the customer andrequest that the customer contacts our customer service department andreferences case # [redacted]. Review: I was walking in NYC when someone from the [redacted] location of Orogold stops me. I was in a hurry when she asked me to quickly look at something. I did because she took my had and pulled me in the store. She then would not let me leave unless I got something. When I said fine but if I do not like the product can I get my money back? She stated "Yes, that is how sure we are that you will like it." Well, I did not because it makes my face feel more oily. So when I went to return it that next week, they said this was not possible. I used the product 2x after the purchase and it is something that is said to last a year. This is completely ridiculous and they should not offer money back guarantee if they do not honor this! The lady sold me the peel, face lotion, dark circle cream, and eye serum. None of these products have me satisfied and I demand a refund.Desired Settlement: I demand a full $680 refund because these products are awful. I will send back the products too if that is required but the store would not give me a refund and I cannot believe that they would dishonor something an employee guaranteed!

Review: Business has a Kieosk in the mall and stops customers walking by.

I was coming out of the candy store when a oro gold employee pulled me over to there kieosk in the mall , I explained I was in a hurry and did not need any of their products. He would not take no for an answer, kept putting products on my hands and arms and then began swiching products around and kept making another deal or another price I explained I did not need anything but he would not stop. I finally bought $152 worth of stuff and then tried to return the next day, they will not ISSUE any refunds to your credit card under any conditions. I have tried 4 time to return this stuff with no luck. Spoke to Mall management , still no help, so I an stuck with $150 plus in products I don't want. I have spoke to other people that shop at this mall and they have the same complaints about this business. The best advice is keep walking and don't let them stop you when walking in the mallDesired Settlement: credit to my [redacted] Card simple easy.

Review: I have complained now 2 times on here and 2 times with the company itself. I was sold a product with the GUARANTEE of return with full refund if I was not satisfied. I am not close to being satisfied.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund and I would like it ASAP before I take legal actions.
