To whom it may concern:From Information, I received a called from a cell line on 1:pm on the 3rd of October I spoke to the child of Mrs*** *** *** (never spoke to herself)Her daughter explained to me that they has water leak in the small storage located at the front
carportI explained to her, I would send someone and my self to inspect and repair, I told that I would put more tar on pipe jack, because after the sun cook, they sometimes get cracksThe daughter said okWe arrived the next day which was the day of October 4th, at 3:pmKnocked on the door, nobody answered, so I told my workers get some tar and ladder we climbed on top and resealed around the pipe jacks that did have some heat cracksAnd also we sealed some tin metal next to because the silicone someone put on was cracked also(Remember we never did any work on the metal tin.) We cleaned up our materials, at the time no one had shown up, so we leftSince that day of work we did nobody has called me that it has leaked anymore, because we have had some major storms and rain since then.I will write her a check for she has requested for the amount of $But I will not be responsible for future repairs if any are needed to this areasBecause after someone else done work on it.Thank you,Orona's Custom Construction, LLC
