My husband and I have owned, remodeled, and flipped several real estate properties during the past years During this time period, we have worked with numerous professional contractors, builders, etc Unfortunately, many of our experiences over the years have been seriously lacking in some aspect of the job we hire them to complete As a result, we attempt extensively research and screen any contractor or company before we hire their services We were recently referred to Oros Home Enhancements by a friend for windows and doors We were SO IMPRESSED with their professionalism, craftsmanship, quality installation, integrity, and genuine regard for our satisfaction! The strong winds on January 9th blew down six sections of my fenceIt was apparent that the entire plus feet of fencing needed replacedThere was a sense of urgency as no less than eight dogs with new access seemed to enjoy my yard more than their ownI contacted Junior O [redacted] on the 9th after doing some online researchHe came to my home within hours and sent me an estimate the following dayWork began two days laterWithin a week I had a new cedar fence with metal postsIt looks great! My wife and I interviewed several companies to re-side our house with Hardie Board We choose Rich [redacted] of Oros H/E because we felt he was honest, authentic, and had our best interest in mind His bid was at the upper end of the spectrum, but we were willing to pay for quality Rich did a very thorough walk-through of the exterior of our home, and we were given dates upon which materials and workers would show up Imagine our surprise when these events happened as expected! Jessie and his crew walked the home with me, asking questions and addressing issues This was a re-siding of an older '50s style tri-level, with LOTS of inherent problems from inferior design to multiple homeowners conducting "fixes" that probably made things worse I am a contractor, so I knew what we were getting in to Oros H/E worked with me as we identified and fixed these issues If you need a contractor who has your best interest in mind, use these guys! Lastly, the finished product is AMAZING!

Rich was very helpful and understanding of our needs and made sure we were happy with every detail of the project. We talked with the supervisor of the crew before work began and he explained everything about the project and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with Oros and will do business with them again.
