We installed a septic system on the client's new homeseptic system was installed then she had us install a pump to pump her water from her basement up to her said septicI gave her a price and she agreed on the $2,for installing said pumpAfter performing said jobs she happily wrote me a
check then a few days later she texts me and said I overcharged herWe charged for the work done and that's itshe herself would even say she knows it was a year old home and knew she was going to pretty much redo all the plumbing in her homeWhich we have nothing to do with her interior plumbingWe installed a full septic system, installed a pump for her basement, abandoned her old septic tank and jetted the existing cast iron line from her basement to her new pumpAll the work performed was signed off by Butte County Environmental Health and have permit finals to prove itA couple months later she texts me and tells me she had a plumber go out to her home and said that the pump was faulty because it was never testedwhich it was a lie because the pump was tested before we left the homeSo I sent one of our employees out to her home and the reason that the pump wasn't turning on was because her gfi plug outlet had to be resetI will mail the factory warranty to the client

I am rejecting this response because: This guy is the biggest liar ?? ever! I never agreed to pay $2,for a pump! He said $1,and after I complained he got nasty and threw the bill at me and demanded payment! I did not ‘happily’ pay it but felt threatened if I didn’tNo work order was put in for the pump and the inspector came only onceHe wants me to pay his crew for not showing upIt was over 100* so I didn’t say anything but when I did say something he got nasty accusing me of lying and it wasn’t his fault I bought a house that was falling apart. Another lie! They never tested the pump nor did the inspectorI believe the inspector wouldn’t have signed off on the pump because of the buried extension cord under the ground wrapped in plasticThat’s why the gfi unit keeps kicking off.They never did anything to the old septic tank but cover it up.I will keep the pump even though it’s of no useHe still over charged me and he knows it. I will expect the warranties at leastand hopefully not a drive byThis person is a vengeful nasty creature
