Review: Have had my truck for 4 months and still no repair update or call can't get a hold of repairer

I sent my truck to [redacted] to a man named [redacted] informed me he couldn't complete said job in April referred me to oro truck and tractor man named [redacted]. He informed me he had my truck a 1991 ford f-250 diesel. Told me I needed a deposit I informed him it would be a bit before I could get the money due to a family probate / death after about 45 days I brought [redacted] 800 cash he told me it would be a few days to get the truck back on a rack and Do repairs after a month went by I started calling and got no answer two days in a row my fiancee called the next day on Tuesday July 23, 2013 and a man named [redacted] took all her info and said [redacted] hadn't been in or called in two days and he was the only one working on the truck. He said he would have his boss get back to us about the repairs. We got no response so today Friday July 26, 2013 my fiance called again and spoke with the same man, [redacted], who told her [redacted] still wasn't in and stated that he must be sick. He again told her that [redacted] was the only person who had information about my vehicle and that he would try to get ahold of him and have [redacted] get back to us.I have missed out on countless jobs and have been without a vehicle for months which I believe is ridiculous and have no idea as of what steps to take. Thanks Desired Settlement: I am requesting my truck be repaired and returned to me as was our original agreement in a reasonable amount of time. I have lost thousands of dollars due to work and am very upset I don't believe I should be required to pay more than I have due to situation but am willing to figure things out and resolve our problem
