[redacted]     We are very sorry to hear her negative experience. First Repairs Done To 2010 Buick Lacrosse...

04/13/2017, We Replaced Timing Kit Includes Tensioners only, Timing Cover Gasket, Valve Cover Gasket, Both Front Hub Bearings, Ex. Manifold Cat Convertor, Catalytic Convertor, Rear Brakes, Air Filter, New Oil , New Antifreeze Total Amount Of Repairs $3400. After Repairs were Done Mrs. [redacted] Brought in Car on 06/01/2017 Costumers Concerns were Car had Check Engine Light On, Traction Control and Car Loosing Power Car was inspected by Our Technician No codes Were Pending on Check Engine. Our Tech Did A PCM Reprogramming, No Other Problems were Found at this time  Mrs. [redacted] Picked Car. Mrs. [redacted] Then schedule appointment On June 22 She said was having Same Problems Car Was Not Dropped Of That Day Until July .We Take Pride In Our Honesty , and for the inconvenience [redacted] Offer Mrs. [redacted] To Rental A Car And Reimburse after. Costumer dropped off car on July Car Was worked On Technician Found Water Pump Leaking antifreeze was causing check engine to appear. Costumer was offer a rental reimburesmnet if it was under warranty for the first repairs we completed water pump was not in the original repairs. The Amount for Water Pump Replacement Was $200 it was deducted from the Total of $830.93 from the rental car Mrs. [redacted] Wrote A Check [redacted] for the Amount of $630.93 Mrs. [redacted] Did call Aug 3rd To Let us know That car Was doing The same Thing ,we adviser her to bring it in .We Have A One Year Warranty On Parts And a 3 Month Warranty On Labor We Would Gladly Inspected Mrs. [redacted] Car. I am rejecting this response because: My car is doing the exact same thing again. It is not safe to drive. I paid for it to get towed in the last time . If I bring my vehicle back to the shop will you reimburse me for another rental car? Or refund me for the money I've spent? I have to get to and from work. This has been a huge inconvience. This will be he 4th time that my vehicle has been in your shop. I came in as a customer that needed help. I just want to be treated fairly. I would like a refund.
