Orphaned Decor

Review: I placed a paint order in the amount of $1,914.00 on July 1st 2013. I was told a truck was en-route to Spokane and I could pick it up the week of July 8th 2013. I received a call July 8th stating my order had never been placed with the main company. I was then informed Orphaned Decor owed the paint company money and they were being release from their contract. Orphaned Decor has no way of getting me my paint order, and has not refunded my money. The paint company contacted them and told them to pay me, they stated they don't have my money. I have been harassed by [redacted] of Orphaned Decor and choose not to have anymore contact with him. I was led to believe this was a legitimate business and have now realized I was scammed. I don't believe they ever intended to give me my order because they lied up until the day I should of received the tracking number they promised saying the truck was on it's way. There was never a truck or an order. I have all documentation of our exchange, including email, social media messages and text messages to back this up.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount they received on July 1st 2013, in the amount of $1,914.00 I would also like to be reimbursed in the amount of $84.00 for 6 can's of wax they shorted me on my first paid order March 15th 2013. I was supposed to receive those cans with the next shipment. The total I'm asking for is $1,998.00. I have all documents to prove what they owe. I would like the refund in the form of a cashiers check due to the way they have done business since February 2013.
