I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. .
[The owner didn't write the truth about what happened. I told him to give my money back because he told me my laptop was with the broken cover before and he wanted me to leave with the broken laptop.  But I knew it wasn't. After I told him I want my money back he swaped the laptop cover and told me some rude words in front of other clients. After I was told rude words I told him I still want my money back because he wanted me to leave with broken laptop and I wasted a lot of time to receive my laptop as it was before. I had a 3 years old kid at home with the babysitter. I came late home because of him.  I want my money back as a compensation for the words that he told me and for the time I wasted because of him. I didn't tell him anything bad. I just wanted to have my laptop back as it was. What we want to do with this laptop later doesn't mean he can swap the good cover with the broken one. About [redacted]: it was him who wrote LOL to my complains, and his daughter as well. They both wrote lol to me and to my husband

I did not receive the first notification, but here is my response:Actually the customer's husband [redacted] dropped off the laptop, and we talked about the possibilities of what might be wrong, he asked me to check and give an estimate.  We checked it thoroughly and determined that it needs...

the main logic board. based on the computer age and the cost, he decided that it is not worth it for him. He asked me about cost and I told him it was the diagnostic fee of $50.00.   He told me that his wife will stop by and pick it up.His wife came by and I gave her the computer,  she noticed that the bottom case was different, which after looking at it, I did notice that during diags I did put back the wrong cover , which I promptly swapped.  The customer was very upset, and she wanted he money back, I said that we did the work required, and that was the agreed upon fee, we did good work and we gave them an honest assessment of the problem, and a mistake of putting on the wrong bottom case, that was rectified on the spot does not mean we should not be compensated for our work.At that point she threatened me that she will go online and give us bad reviews if I do not refund her.  I did not think that was fair and I said that we provided good service and we should be compensated for that.As for the remarks on [redacted], I apologize for that, my daughter actually responded before I saw the customer's comments and I asked her to take them down. we have a 23 year history of good customer relations, we are know to be honest with our assessment, but this customer is not willing to give us the benefit of the doubt of an honest mistake, and willing to hurt our business and reputation because she does not want to pay for a service, good service that we provided. We value all our customers, and I am sorry it came to this, but after 23 years of business without complaints, I think our record speaks for itself. Please let me know if I can be of more help. Thanks[redacted]

[Your message didn't resolve the case. You offended me and you didn't admit it here.  Maybe you made a mistake, but you didn't admit it promptly and you wanted me to leave with the broken laptop's cover.  You know what happened, you know you didn't do a good job. But you received money for that.  And it wasn't enough for you. You were rude to your client who paid money for your bad service. That kind of attitude is unacceptable for a repair service. The mix up of computer parts is unacceptable mistake for a repair service. People come to you to get a laptop fixed but not to receive back a broken machine. I want a compensation for those rude words that you told me in front of other people. I am a client and you was rude to a client. I want a compensation for a bad service I received. You returned my laptop with the broken cover. If I would see my laptop before paying money I would not pay  anything.  You didn't do your work properly. I hope that Revdex.com would take all those written by me in considerations. ]
