Filled out form on a Friday for a Ford mustang I was buying on SaturdayNever got any offersMy credit was a at the timeAlso tried to get me to sign up with a credit monitoring service which I didn't know about or appreciateMonday or Tuesday off the following week I receive a phone call from a CHEVY DEALER! The lady from that dealer said they got my info from myautoloan.com and although she was polite I don't understand for the life of me why in God's green earth why once again a CHEVY DEALER is calling?!? And either did she! I provided myautoloan.com the make and model of car I was buying so it makes no sense what so ever! I would never recommend them to anyoneAnd what's sad is my wife is going to be purchasing a new car in the near future and would have I used your service had it been a positive experience

This service was advertised as providing loan offers within hours, free of charge, no obligations I entered my loan information on a Friday night; once you submit your application they ask for your credit score and provide a link for you to retrieve your credit score Upon clicking that link you enter all your information again and upon submitting you are asked for a credit card and told you will be charged $to be provided your score but the small print tells you that you will be enrolled in a credit monitoring service and your card will be charge $on a recurring basis You could then cancel that service at anytime I did not provide a credit card but returned to the myautoloan page Immediately I was sent notification that I was approved for loans at rates almost points over what they advertise on their home page and higher than the current rate the car sales man had quoted us earlier that day Obviously these offers were provided without actually checking my credit rating It is now mid-day Monday and myautoloan.com account still shows I have loan offers pending, and states that lenders are still reviewing my application I am so sorry I submitted an application to myautoloan.com This was based on an employee perk service provided through my employer so I felt comfortable this would be a reputable, trustworthy service but in my opinion it is not I have extremely good credit and I received standard offers that anyone would receive It was not free as advertised since I would have needed to pay for my credit score and then fight to stop the monitoring service in order to get an "actual" loan offer based on my credit worthiness I am also still waiting, more than hours later, for the remaining promised offers I hope that my time is all that was lost here and that there won't be repercussions on my credit rating or email account but that remains to be seen

Thank you for the opportunity to explain my side regarding ID # [redacted] The customer that sent the complaint failed to explain everything.  They were correct in the fact that I do charge a fee for removal of items I to be disposed of on any job I do. The fee is $50.00. I failed to...

explain that to the customer. However the customer’s complaint regarding the transition strips, the sunroom and the unfinished trim are incorrect.The customer purchased new flooring and hired me to install that flooring. I did ask them to make sure to get the transition strips for that flooring since this was a special order and would be difficult to find at a later date. The customer told me to pick up something that came close to matching their flooring. Per the customer’s request I purchased the transition strips. The customer was told the cost of the strips and the customer also APPROVED the installation of them.  The trim was left unfinished because I used up all material and was told by customer  that THEY would pick up additional materials needed to finish and would contact me when that had been completed.  They did not contact me. The sunroom complaint is invalid as I never performed any work in the sunroom. I was told the customer preferred to wait until other work was complete before starting on the sunroom.  The invoice that the customer was sent I feel was legitimate.  I did send a new invoice to the customer  showing removal of fees for items to be disposed of and the labor fee for the installation of the transition strips that the customer DID APPROVE before installation. However,  I adjusted the invoice $408.00 to make the customer happy.Again thank you for your time.Sincerely,Daniel HunterOwner Hunter'’s Carpentry
