Review: I ordered graduation photos from this company and did not receive my photos. I contacted the photography to receive a refund. I have contacted the [redacted] five times and each time he has stated to me that he is too busy to deal with my issue. I called the company who issued him the money and they stated that for him to give me a refund is only a matter of clicking a button. [redacted], the [redacted] of Orrie Gaines Photography, has given me the run around and sent me a text stating "I told you I would handle this matter for you on Friday but that isn't good enough for you and that he does not know how to help me further." A good business person would handle this situation immediately, not give the customer the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me just as fast as it was taken out of my account.

Review: On 6/13/2014, I placed an order with Orrie Gaines Photography for two photo's and a key tag from the [redacted] graduation. I received the photo's about 1 month later, but have never received the key tag that was ordered. I have contacted them on 7/14/14 to inquire about the missing item, but received the run around. Since this time, I have contacted and communicated with them by email 15 times. I have also left three messages with them, but they say they have never received them despite them calling me back and leaving a message. I have asked them to send me the key tag or refund me my money. We have went round and round about what item I'm missing since they kept insisting that it was the photo's and even ask me to send them a copy of the image that I ordered from their website. They have cashed my checked and still I do not have all the items that I ordered. I am exhausted going back and forth with me. I no longer want the key tag, just my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the price of the key tag.

Review: On June 16, 2014, I placed an order for a 3"x5" and keychain of a photograph from the [redacted]. I was never notified that keychains were not an option and holding up my order. In July after sending several emails, I finally got a response (July 24th) explaining that my order would be shipped out within the next week. By the end of August I still had not received my products. When I asked for a refund as the end of August I was informed I would only receive a partial, though I have yet to receive any of my products. The owner, was mixed up my mother's order and my order, though they are two different order numbers with different names and products. August 28th, I called both the work phone and cell phone of the company. No one ever picks up the work line, but the owner did pick up the cell phone. I was informed that the keychains would take three days and would ship out the following week. I was also told my mother's keychain would ship with mine (she never received that part of her order). Now over two weeks later and I still have no photos, the company won't return my calls or respond to my emails.Desired Settlement: I either would like the photos (3"x5" and keychain) I paid for, along with the keychain that my mother paid for and never received or I would like the refund that their company email says that I am entitled to.

I ordered two sets of graduation pictures from Orrie Gaines Photography. I received one set, I called and emailed him several times. He said the second set were not printed. He promised to deliver, It is July 29th and I still don't have the pictures. Very unprofessional
