discovered that a Power of attorney form was missing and needed to process her title workWe contacted Ms*** to let her know that we needed another form signed by her at that time so requested our sales manager replace a bumper on the carThe sales manager told her we could not do thatShe was insisting on getting a new bumper before she would come in and sign the documentI did call her and told her that we had to have the document signed and she then requested that we replace the bumper at that time I told her we could not replace it and that I felt like she was holding us hostage and that I would contact our attorney to get the paper work signedShe then shared her frustration over the paper workI told her if she brings the car in on a Wednesday I would look at it with a vendor that does minor paint work and if it could be touched up I would take care of it for herAfter looking at it touching it up would not be the better solution, repainting would look betterShe said she wanted to replace it I got her a price to place it including painted she said she had gotten a cheaper price at ***She said if I just gave her the bumper she could put it on I said I couldn't do that eitherI told her I would get a price for her on just the bumper and she said no she would get one herselfNo one ever promised to replace or repaint the bumpers to the PriusI will still have bumpers touched up for her or help her purchase a new bumperThank you for your time with this matter

He came in and drove the vehicle and requested more work to be done to the vehicle so we could not take his offer and do the work. I went ahead and did the work to the vehicle and raised the price to...
compensate for the work. The vehicle was fresh in inventory at that time and now the vehicle has been in inventory for 44 days and not sold. Because of the length in time in inventory we would be willing to do the offer of $9800 plus tax and fees. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I appreciate their response & compliance to the original offered price, now that it's been on the lot for 44 days & they have since lowered the price via their website. Of course the price would be more negotiatable now that it has sat for so long-not because I was wronged. BUT the issue currently is the truthfulness of the management as they have responded falsely. It was said that I requested changes to be made to the vehicle? I never asked for changes of any kind to be made to the vehicle and have emails from Amber [redacted], a BDC Representative, stating that John [redacted] made changes to pass an "inspection" before he could put the car on the lot. I am more than willing to present that email if necessary. I find it very distasteful that it would be placed on me that I requested and then backed out of a deal after the requests were fulfilled. I went in to test drive the Mazda 3 after it had been placed on the lot. I then offered a fair offer and so forth (refer to previous email accusations for story). I would like it to be known that Butler Toyota Scion has management that is lying and deceiving to make a dollar and has felt it necessary to push blame on the buyer when the mistake is theirs. This is not a company that Revdex.com would want to stand behind, atleast not with any changes being made to the leadership. As a business man myself, I will NEVER support or recommend colleagues or customers to shop at Butler Toyota Scion.
