In February of 2015, the Complainant's account was referred to our office for the purpose of collecting delinquent assessments. Prior to initiating a lawsuit, we contacted the Complainant in an effort to resolve the matter. The parties agreed to a payment arrangement that was reduced to writing and signed by the Complainant. The Agreement included a statement of account describing all charges. The terms of the Agreement required equal payments over approximately eleven months. At the same time, the Complainant was informed that she would not be receiving monthly statements from our office. Complainant was initially provided with all the information reasonably necessary to track the progress of the Agreement. Complainant personally arranged and authorized all credit card transactions. Each transaction produces an email confirmation.
On August 10, 2015, Complainant called our office inquiring on the balance of her account. We informed her that we would obtain a current account statement from our client and send it to her as soon as we receive it. The statement was sent to Complainant, via email, the next day.
[redacted] is the firm's Owner Account Specialist. His duties require him to communicate with homeowners to negotiate acceptable payment arrangements when possible. He has undergone extensive training in consumer collections, debt collection law and telephone etiquette. His conduct is closely supervised. In reviewing this matter, I have determined that [redacted] acted appropriately and with professional courtesy.

I need a statement from the attorney's each month. As the attorney's keep records, I do as well. This is to ensure what I have on my records matches what they have on theirs - this is logical
Please provide a monthly statement of how funds are being applied.
As to the phone etiquette, if current treatment of clients is what you deem acceptable, I can see how we would differ in our estimation of conduct.
