customers to recommend us to their family, friends, and acquaintances. We were called on Monday February 8 and Nancy said that the unit was not working properly. We came out the next morning first thing.When we arrived ,we saw that it was short cycling. When we examined it further and found that there was damage to the condenser coil outside. Now it will not hold the freon and needs to be replaced. I don't know how It was damaged. I only know it had nothing to do with P & K Heating. The damage to the unit voided the warranty to It. I offered to give them a break on the labor but they would have to pay for the new condenser because the damage had nothing to do with us and I felt bad for them.Nancy told me that she called Dalkin and if we tell them that the unit never worked that they would warranty the condenser, but I told her it had nothing to do with us We do not participate in unethicalpractices.
