undoubtedly the most difficult customer we've had to deal withWe have essentially been held hostage by this customerImmediately once we found out we were not able to fulfill her order, we practically begged her to take a refundShe refused and demanded that we keep her money until we find a replacement Since there was no replacements available, we incurred the costs of having one of the seats refinishedThe seats have now been sitting here for months and we have been getting threatening phone calls, and letters from all different sourcesWe have tried reaching out to her on numerous occasions but can not generate a call backMajority of her statement of the problem is untrueWe do not only accept cashWe are not banned from selling on ***She has never been the butt of any joke? I am rejecting this response because:Per my complaint, the  facts speak for themselves.  the seats were delivered to my selected body shop on October 2,017 the date of their response.  However, at the time I purchased the seats, I also purchased a new  inside driver's door handle.  I called Orthodox Auto regarding this & they promised to deliver it to the body shop.  As of today October 08, 2018 they have failed to do so.  I was not aware of Orthodox Auto response & offer until today as  have not had access to my email account due to some sort of  [redacted] technical problems. Orthodox Auto's actions and response and characterization of the facts and me are beyond the pale and untrue.  I was only informed of this offer today, via   their response.  They still have not delivered the door handle.  Please refer to my original letter of complaint.  I believe they should reimburse me for my automobile insurance for reasons stated in my original complaint.  Regards,
