I ordered a product from the company on June 6, 2020, and paid the bill in full. The bill included a charge of $12.61 for shipping. When item was delivered of 7/13/2020 the mail carrier reported that $11.15 in shipping was due. I paid the amount, expected the company to give me a refund on the shipping. They declined to do so.
We solve what the problem was. We told to Mr *** that we are working on this and he knows that. We exchange many emails with him yesterday.After we solve the problem and found out that was a problem that the system that we are using did, we gave him the refund.And also for your knowledge, we ARE NOT A COMPANY but a Monastery.Thank you.
The issue regarding my purchase from Orthodoxmonasteryicons.com has been resolved, I withdraw my complaint. Thank you for your assistance.
