I found this place on my insurance website, specifically oxford united health care, for treatment of a wrist injuryAt the time, April 2017, it listed several physiciansI chose it given it was showing up in my plan, and the proximity to my jobI called, and they said I can see a PA the next morning, and they accepted my insuranceWhen I went, they said :"there are no doctors here, its just Johanna"This I found odd, as it is not legal for a midlevel PA to be practicing without a supervising attending presentAgain, they insistent they took my insurance, I saw her and did the prescribed weeks of physical therapy until my prescription ran outShe saw me and told me they would call me to follow up as my issue did not improve significantlyI never heard from the practice againI wound up going to a real doctor who properly diagnosed my condition
Now, SIX MONTHS later, I get a bill for over 400$ for out of network with my insurance!!! UNBELIEVABLE and completely unacceptable
