Here is the breakdown and a detailed statement for MR [redacted] , [redacted] I called the patient today to let her know that I am mailing out a detailed statement and an excel breakdown of her account and explained to her that she still has an outstanding charge that is still out to her insurance, but that her balance is $56.38.I gave her my direct number and told her to call me if she has any questions.Theresa C** | Billing Supervisor

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to a person once since this complaint was issuedOnce I hung up the phone it was with the understanding that I would receive a detailed breakdown of the costs as well as what all went into the calculation of my refundI received the same exact document that is loaded on this site and the information is not spelled out in a clear and concise mannerI keep receiving bills stating that I am 90+days delinquent on my payment which should not be occurring since we are in mediation, but along with your noncompliance of proper billing procedures, I'm not surprised that this is occurring as wellI went ahead and paid the last bill that I received despite my comfort with the accuracy of the numbersI will not accept your attempt to cover up your lack of accurate billing practicesHowever, this case can be closed as unresolved since the business is unwilling to fix their broken system.

We have replied multiple times to the bureau both via email and by phone. We have had three calls to the patient to explain in detail her bill and complied to her request for details to be faxed to her. Each conversation with the patient has been positive and she states that she understands. At the last conversation, the patient said that  she paid in full as needed but it was too early to see it posted to our system.We have explained theses conversations in a phone call to the bureau twice.We are confused why we continue to get these emails from the Revdex.com? We are happy to comply but are uncertain what is missing - especially if the patient tells us she understands and is happy.Thank youJackie Petty
