My journey here started back in Febwith my first surgery removing a blown cervical diskMy first thought was that it went fine, until about two weeks out from surgery the disks above wentI experienced painful neuropathy and motion loss of right armI go back to DrB***, only to have nurse Megan be rude and condescending towards meTreating me as if I were faking my symptoms/drug huntingMy condition continued to worsen and finally DrB*** acknowledged that he should have taken care of them with the initial surgeryHis snide comment was, If I fused every person that came in with complaints, everyone would be walking around with fused necks"No apology or admission of wrong doing, just snide, snappy short answersSo I ended up having C3-Cneck fusion in MayStill dealing with nurse Megan and DrB*** being rude and short with me I was hesitant to go back with my continuing upper neck painWhen I finally discussed my on going issues, I was told I had rocks in my ears (Vertigo) and if I continued to have issues he'd set me up to get those bothersome nerves burned out so I would no longer "feel" the pain, basically talked to like I was a child, and it was made very clear to me that DrB*** no longer wanted to deal with meSo here it is November, I'm living life at a 6-pain level on a daily basisI wanted to see if I could have another Drout side of OSC look at my case and was told by the few places I called, that they wouldn't look at my case until I was one year out from last surgery and that I should go back to DrB***

I scheduled an MRI at this business on April for April On April 2017, I was contacted by the business saying that they had consulted with my insurance company and my out-of-pocket cost would be $I paid half of this cost at time time of the imaging on April When the final bill arrived, my out-of-pocket cost is $1137, more than a 100% increase from the quoted price When I contacted the business about the difference in the quoted vsactual cost, they explained to me that they had not actually contacted my insurance company (confirmed by my insurance company), but instead used and in-house website to estimate my out-of-pocket cost, and unfortunately their website had my deductible at $instead of $ My deductible increased from $to $in August 2016, months before my appointment And, as I am on a student insurance plan at a university very near to the clinic, they had seen many students since AugustThe business told me they had be

The staff for scheduling surgeries are dumber than dirt. They'll be quick to hide behind their policies that "give them the right" to reschedule you with no notice. But it's painfully obvious their policies are only written by the same non-patient centric administrative staff. They are incapable of treating all patients fairly by setting a schedule and sticking to it. You can't schedule a known time for your surgery because they reserve the right to push you out or pull you in. That's code for "I don't know how to plan". The doctors are great (esp. Dr. [redacted]). But how can you get the surgery you need when the administrative staff can't manage their way out of a paper bag?
