I Emailed Valet Waste about their billing schedule - per-pickup or a flat monthly fee. I got a reply from a Tier-1 Customer Support person who advised me to contact the local office. I replied that my preference was to deal with service companies directly. Within half-an-hour I received a satisfactory answer from another Valet Waste person.
I expected to be bounced back to the local office personnel, but Valet Waste reasonably just answered the question. Whereas this was not a "Pick-up Service" issue, it was a "Customer Service" issue. The former is understandably prone to on-site mistakes, but the latter is not granted that leniency. In this instance, Valet Waste performed to my satisfaction, demonstrating a clear customer-conscientious attitude.
