The order in question was partially shipped on invoice# *** on 11/03/and the total shipping charged was charged on that invoice
The items that were back ordered shipped on invoice# *** on 11/06/and did not include any shipping charge as that amount was collected on the initial shipment
I have included copies of both invoices with this summary
Mr*** has been a customer of ours since and has purchased many times from usI have included a summary page of prior purchases, showing shipping charges from prior ordersOPTP charges shipping based on a banded rate -- ie: the shipping amount is determined by how much the subtotal of the order isI have included a copy of the shipping charge rate chart which is found in our catalog as well as on our website www.optp.com
Unfortunately Mr*** is unhappy with our shipping policies and has stated that he will no longer purchase from usWe are sorry to hear that and hope that at some point in the future Mr*** will reconsider
