The brace we initially billed for was incorrect, and it was adjusted off and the correct hinged knee plus XX Large (LLT) was rebilled for and the incorrect brace Telescoping TROM (LLT, NU) was adjusted off his account? The patient was seen again on August 23, 2016, October 27, 2016, November 3, and November 10, ? His bill was complicated because his insurance company went under and no longer paid for services .Enclosed is a copy of his statement, and a second sheet tracing each of his payments and how they were posted to his account? Some payments were used to pay various amounts from outstanding visits which we account for separately? This can be confusing for patients with more than one visit? I included a copy from his chart on each of his phone calls which we document? His outstanding balance from all of the visits, after his payments and the insurance payments is $?
